Day 5 [EASactive]

You know, I like to think I’m pretty decent shape for someone who doesn’t work out regularly. I walk every day and carry around babies and heavy toddlers for a living. Yesterday’s EA Sports Active workout pushed me a bit, but other than the jumps it wasn’t too tough. And then there’s today’s workout… WOW. I did two sets of lunge jumps (forward lunge, jump, switch legs, land in opposite side forward jump) that I thought were going to kill me. The program is really pushing me, and I’m feeling it. But after only five days, I swear I can see results. It might be all in my head (or in the aches through all my major muscle groups), but I feel like I’m in better shape already.
