Day 7 [EASactive]

I didn’t find today as tough as the previous few days. It was predominantly upper body, and I’m sure I’ll be feeling those tricep extensions later, but overall it was pretty manageable. I did the Day 7 workout in about 25 minutes and followed it up with 5 minutes each of basketball, tennis and boxing. Not quite 45 minutes, but Oliver woke up from his nap so I was done!

I have been trying to exercise a little portion control, but went way off today. I’m so hungry, but I have to try to fill up on lighter fare. Today was not a great day, diet wise :(
